This deep understanding is rooted in the personal journey of our founder, Shaine Stead. Having grown up in council housing and accumulated over 25 years of litigation expertise, Shaine has a profound appreciation for the challenges tenants encounter. His driving force in establishing this company is clear: "There is simply not enough assistance for the most vulnerable. Their voices are too often ignored by landlords, leading to feelings of being second-class citizens. That's why we're here – to actively address this imbalance."
